Tourism development in Lombok is a policy in development with economic, socio-cultural and environmental dimensions on the basis of justice not only for the current generation but also for future generations. Various policy synergies are needed with a multisectoral and multidisciplinary approach. The support and synergy of government, private and community is absolutely necessary and makes Lombok tourism identity in global competition.

The Tanjung Lesung Special Economic Zone is one of the tourist areas and attractions of Banten Province welcoming local and foreign tourists. The tourism industry is a reliable industry as a source of foreign exchange. Tourism activities in Banten have the potential to support regional income and development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by factually describing a phenomenon that arises from social dynamics using a normative juridical approach. The main legal materials come from laws and regulations related to research. The results of the research show that the policy of establishing the Tanjung Lesung Special Economic Zone makes the government more able to manage and utilize natural resources by generating income for the surrounding community. Given the main goal of establishing a special economic zone for the realization of community welfare by involving local communities in the management of tourism areas.

Tourism is an activity that directly touches and involves the community so that it has various impacts on the local community. Natural tourism includes objects and activities related to recreation and tourism that utilize the potential of natural resources and their ecosystems, both in original (natural) form and in combination with man-made. As a result, recreational places in the outdoors are still natural in nature and can provide comfort so that more and more people (tourists) visit. Kampung domba as one of the areas of nature conservation and traditional cultural tourism that has the potential to require planning that can provide an overview of how tourism and matters related to tourism for its management in the future. This study aims to analyze and also identify what potential the sheep village natural tourism area has in Cinyurup village, Juhut village, Pandeglang regency, and also identify community readiness in efforts to develop sheep village natural tourism villages. The type of research used in this journal is descriptive legal research, namely by describing problems that occur in the present or in progress, aiming to describe what happened as it should be when the research was carried out.

Legal protection refers to various legal remedies that must be provided by legal officials in order to provide a sense of security, both psychologically and physically from disturbances and various other threats. each organization given considering the large number of tourists who experience incidents of theft, fraud, and other forms of criminal acts that threaten the safety of tourists. This journal is entitled Legal Protection for Tanjung Lesung Beach Tourists as a Natural Tourist Attraction in Pandeglang Regency. The issues raised are regarding the legal protection of tourists in the Banten area and the tourism development strategy in the Tanjung Lesung coastal area. The research used in writing this journal is normative legal research, using a statutory research approach (statute approach) and data analysis methods in the form of qualitative data, namely normative and library research. In the provisions of article 20 of the Tourism Act that tourists have the right to obtain legal protection and security, protection of personal rights for high-risk tourism activities. What is regulated in the Tourism Law as the rights of tourists, on the other hand it is the obligation of tourism entrepreneurs, as regulated in Article 26 letters d and e of the Tourism Law.

This article is entitled "Controlling Homeless and Beggars to Increase Tourism in Pilgrimage Areas in Old Banten". Tourism in the pilgrimage area in old Banten is a sector that provides income for the city of Serang, which is currently very complicated to overcome, especially the problem of homeless people and beggars, due to urbanization so that people look for jobs in the city. The purpose of this research is to provide a solution to curb the homeless and beggars in the old Banten pilgrimage area, and also aims to eliminate homeless and beggars which are expected to increase the number of tourists coming to the place. The analysis module that the author uses is empirical juridical, empirical juridical or called field research, which examines the applicable legal provisions and what actually happens in society. The research results obtained are the lack of action by the government or the management in controlling midwives and beggars in the old Banten pilgrimage area, the presence of these homeless and beggars makes it uncomfortable for tourists who come to the place, there are still some homeless people and beggars in the Banten pilgrimage area those who violate the regulations regarding control and control of homeless and beggars are contained in Government Regulation Number 31 of 1980, and regional regulations of Serang City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2010. The conclusion that the author can give is the lack of firm action from the government and managers in this old Banten pilgrimage area in controlling beggars and homeless people in that place. The implications of this regulation have not been fully implemented by the government or pilgrimage managers in Banten Lama.

The development of tourism has caused many people in Kemanisan Village to switch activities from agriculture to tourism, which should have an impact on the social and economic aspects of the Kemanisan Village community. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of tourism development which greatly influenced the social and economy of the Manisan Village community. The analytical method used in this study is empirical juridical, empirical juridical or called field research, which examines the legal provisions that apply and what actually happens in society. Based on the analysis obtained, it is that the social and economic conditions that have an impact on tourism activities are increasing job opportunities, opening up employment opportunities, changing people's livelihoods, people's incomes, and decreasing the number of unemployed in Manisan Village. The conclusion that the authors can give is that the development of tourism on social and economic conditions all have an influence on one another. However, the most significant effect is the effect of the number of tourists on the increase in the number of workers from Kemanisan Village.

In addition to revitalization, tourism development also needs to be carried out, development is an activity and coordinated effort to attract tourists, by providing all the infrastructure and facilities, as well as the goods and services needed to serve tourists. The efforts to revitalize and develop tourism at Situ Rawa Arum have been planned since 2016, but due to several factors the plan can only be implemented in 2022. Although it has not been fully completed, Situ Rawa Arum has already produced results. The method used in this research is descriptive with the data collection technique used in this research is a field study with observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the Rawa Arum Situ problem in cleaning the environment and increasing the number of visitors have been completed by opening the Rawa Situ location by fishing together, distributing flyers and promotions on various social media, planning in developing Rest Areas, and giving the concept of Marine Tourism, Commercial Tourism and Tourism Religion to attract visitors.

Indonesia's tourism sector is a major contributor to the country's foreign exchange earnings, making tourism essential. However, there have been cases of accidents and incidents at tourist sites, such as tourists drowning, dying while visiting a location, and falling victim to high ticket prices. It is therefore necessary to provide legal protection for tourists so that they are not always held responsible for any losses they may incur. The aim of this study is to determine the legal protection for tourists according to Law No. 10 of 2009 on Tourism. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research, with primary and secondary legal materials, collected through literature review and qualitative normative analysis techniques. Based on the results, legal protection for tourists is already provided for in Law No. 10 of 2009. Therefore, significant regulation is needed for tourists, starting with infrastructure and facilities, safety standards, and security measures, both by the government and the private sector, taking into account legal aspects and legal certainty. According to existing regulations, tourism site managers are responsible for compensating tourists for any losses they may suffer. However, the managers of Anyer Beach tourism site did not fulfill their responsibility to provide compensation to tourists in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This study aims to determine the management of parking fees at tourism sites in Serang Regency. Parking fees are one of the sources of Regional Original Income (PAD) which comes from the community. In this research, the issue raised is regarding tourism parking retribution rates in Serang Regency. The Regional Government is expected to pay serious attention to the management of tourism parking and ensure that the levy rates applied are not burdensome to tourists and transparency of information regarding parking tickets and entry to tourist attractions. This study uses a qualitative approach that originates from legislation, namely Law number 10 of 2009, books, legal science journals, and other library materials. The results of this study, that the management of tourism development needs to be carried out comprehensively, one of the national problems is that waste must be decomposed properly so that there are no obstacles and it is clean, healthy for the environment, even so in carrying out waste management there are several obstacles such as throwing and burning waste carelessly will be subject to a fine of up to Rp. 500 thousand, thus the government hopes to implement a policy to overcome this.

Currently there are many tourist spots in the Anyer area, Banten Province. This is because the community needs to travel. However, price fluctuations often occur. In fact, tourists need protection, comfort and security in traveling. As regional managers, local governments must address these problems. This is the background of this research. This study discusses how tourists think about price gouging in the Anyer area. In addition, it also discusses how local governments can issue policies to overcome the problem of price shocks. This study uses a questionnaire as well as normative legal research with a statutory approach and analysis of legal concepts. Research on price getok in the Anyer area, because it refers to Articles 18 and 20 of Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism and Article 4 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative by factually describing a phenomenon that arises from social dynamics using a normative juridical approach. The main legal materials come from laws and regulations related to research. The results of the study showed that the Banten Province Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2019 was initially very helpful in the development of the The Telaga Biru Cigaru tourism but in the end due to a lack of optimal maintenance this tour began to be neglected again. Therefore, the role of the community and government is very much needed to take care of the Telaga Biru Cigaru tourism again so that it can return to provide benefits for the surrounding community and the area. Culture has the meaning of reason, in general, culture can be interpreted as a way of life found in a group of humans, which has developed and been passed down from generation to generation from the elders of the group. Culture is a way of life that develops and is shared by a group of people and is passed down from generation to generation. Culture is made up of many complex elements, including religious and political systems, customs, languages, tools, clothing, buildings, and works of art. The scope of culture is so wide, culture includes any actions that humans do to nature and their environment. Customs, traditions or habits that are owned by individuals cannot be called culture. Individual culture cannot represent the life of one or a few people. A multicultural society is a society that has differences in ethnicity, language, religion, and customs. Multicultural society is formed because of cultural diversity. Various cultures are expressions of community identity that differ from one another. In this study the method used by researchers is a qualitative method. And the assessment used in this research uses descriptive qualitative, where the researcher describes or constructs in-depth interviews with the research subject. From the results of the study, it shows that the people in Serang City are certainly very accepting and welcoming of the arrival of immigrants from different cultures. This can be seen from the answers of the informants about how the people of Serang City tolerate newcomers and how to adapt to immigrants from different cultures. The tolerance carried out by the City community itself, namely: “By respecting each other's culture and strengthening communication” and "Communicating with each other and understanding each other's culture more deeply in order to get to know the culture, with that there will be no clashes or cultural misunderstandings".

It turns out that Lebak Regency still has unspoiled beaches, apart from the beaches in Sawarna Village, of course. Bagedur Beach, which is located in Sukamanah village, Malingping sub-district, Lebak district, Banten province, turns out to have an unspoiled beach and is no less beautiful than Sawarna. Because of its location on the south side, this beach has the same strong waves as the other southern beaches. The aim of this research is to find out the potential of the area around Bagedur Beach, Lebak Regency. The analytical method used in this research is factor analysis extracted by principal component analysis (PCA) for tourism spatial analysis. The results obtained show that the potential of the area between villages varies, but most are villages dominated by plantation land use, low to moderate population numbers and densities, population education is dominated by basic education, livelihoods are dominated by farmers and fishermen, accessibility is relatively moderate to low. Spatially, it shows that tourism development is prioritized in the eastern part of the south coast of Lebak Regency, such as Sawarna, Bayah District, which is located closer to the coast of Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi which is more developed and has a variety of tourist attractions.

Ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu sector ekonomi yang sangat penting, khususnya dalam menekan angka pengangguran. Namun berdasarkan hasil kajian pustaka yang penulis lakukan dalam pengembangan industry kreatif di kota Serang terdapat berbagai macam permasalahan, dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan model yang menghubungkan antara pemerintah, akademisi dan bisnis. Model tersebut dinamakan triple helix yang membuat sinergitas antara pemerintah, akademisi dan bisnis. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model triple helix dalam pengembangan industry kreatif di Kota Serang. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini, pemerintah kota Serang harus segera membuat kebijakan yang berpihak pada industry kreatif, akademisi menerapkan “Tri Dharma” yang secara langsung membantu pelaku usaha industry kreatif dan bisnis dengan memberikan bantuan permodalan yaitu dengan melakukan investasi kepada pelaku usaha industry kreatif. Semakin baik peran helix dalam pengembangan industry kreatif semakin besar pula terwujudnya peningkatan dalam pengembangan industry kreatif yang akan mengurangi angka pengangguran di kota Serang. Sebaliknya, jika triple helix yaitu pemerintah, akademisi dan bisnis tidak menjalankan perannya dengan baik serta tidak membangun komitmen yang kuat dalam pengembangan industry kreatif, maka pencapaian tujuan akan sulit dicapai.

Creative economy is one of the most important economic sectors, especially in reducing unemployment. However, based on the results of the literature review that the author conducted in the development of the creative industry in the city of Serang there are various kinds of problems, in overcoming these problems, a model that connects the government, academia and business is needed. The model is called the triple helix which creates synergy between government, academia and business. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how the application of the triple helix model in the development of the creative industry in Serang City. As for the results in this study, the Serang city government must immediately make policies that favor the creative industry, academics implement the "Tri Dharma" which directly helps creative industry business actors and businesses by providing capital assistance, namely by investing in creative industry business actors. The better the role of helix in the development of the creative industry, the greater the realization of an increase in the development of the creative industry that will reduce unemployment in Serang city. Conversely, if the triple helix, namely government, academia and business does not carry out its role properly and does not build a strong commitment in the development of the creative industry, then achieving goals will be difficult to achieve.

The tourism sector is a sector that contributes to the Indonesian economy. Indonesia has a very diverse natural and cultural wealth which is a potential for the tourism sector. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy is targeting 7.4 million tourists in January 2023. Then the target is to add 1.1 million visits to 8.5 million visits. The addition of this target after seeing the evaluation of foreign tourist visits. To achieve this target, tourism branding in Indonesia is needed. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has the Wonderful Indonesia brand as brand equity which has become the identity of the tourism industry and Indonesia's creative economy. This study aims to determine the Indonesian tourism branding strategy through Wonderful Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a constructivist paradigm. The strategy used for Indonesian tourism branding through Wonderful Indonesia is through Co-Branding which is a manifestation of a collaboration that can strengthen Wonderful Indonesia's branding. Wonderful Indonesia also strengthens branding by using media such as social media, print media, electronic media and space media.

This study uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The informant shopping technique is using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in research are through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the use of Instagram was supported by information motives, social interaction motives, entertainment motives. The conclusion of this study is that information about Pulau Dua Nature Reserve and Sangiang Island TWA is spread through verbal cues, namely content made on Instagram @rkw2_serangjabar so that information exchange occurs. and build an interesting impression that can be accepted by the public or followers.

Knowledge and preservation of tourist destinations is one of the foundations in strengthening the tourism sector in each region. One aspect that is the main problem in the development of tourist destinations in Banten is the lack of information and public exploration of the tourism sector. This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the communication strategy used in socializing Banten tourism and culture. Researchers use Information Integration Theory. Using a post-positivism paradigm and a qualitative approach. The data obtained is then processed using the case study method. Data collection was also carried out by observation, interviews supported by documentation from RRI Banten. The results of the study stated that the communication strategy was carried out by RRI Banten through online reporting, Filler, Spot and talk shows with resource persons who are tourism and culture activists in Banten. The message conveyed in the socialization was in the form of an introduction to tourist and cultural attractions in Banten, their current conditions, as well as directions for maintaining and preserving tourism and culture. In socializing tourism and culture, RRI Banten has implemented a communication strategy in accordance with the theory of information integration.

This study aims to analyze the activities and components of the flood disaster mitigation communication strategy that occurred in Cibeber District by BPBD Cilegon City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with an interpretive approach. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with the Cilegon City BPBD with a research focus in the form of disaster mitigation communication according to Haddow & Haddow and interviews were conducted with Cibeber residents with the condition that they had experienced a flood disaster to find out whether the communication implemented by the Cilegon City BPBD was conveyed or not to the District residents Cibeber. The research results show that socialization activities are the right step to support the main program in educating the people of Cilegon City, especially Cibeber District. In addition, mass media and social media are used as modern communication channels to carry out a series of flood disaster mitigation communication activities by the Cilegon City BPBD which are considered quite effective and efficient.

Customary rights are the authority that according to customary law belongs to certain customary law communities over certain territories that are the living environment of their citizens to benefit from natural resources, including land, within the territory, for their survival and life, arising from hereditary and uninterrupted outward and inner relationships between the customary law community and the territory concerned. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by factually outlining a phenomenon arising from social dynamics using a type of normative juridical approach. The main legal material comes from laws and regulations related to research. The results showed that Lebak Regency Regional Regulation No.32 of 2001 concerning Protection of the Customary Rights of the Baduy Community. However, the local regulation related to the Baduy community has only accommodated the problem of customary rights, not yet on other matters that are actually very crucial and need to be addressed immediately.

The results of the review of Perda No. 9 of 2005, Perda, do not adequately cover all activities as a legal framework in the development of religious tourism in Banten Province. In fact, the bylaw is essentially just a precursor to the Perda related to tourism activities in Banten Province, where religious tourism is only included in the tourism subsector that thrives under the bylaw. Aspects of spatial and regional development related to road infrastructure for tourist attractions can be considered inadequate. The marketing strategy (promotion) of religious tourism through promotional media such as electronic print media and the official website of the Banten Provincial Culture and Tourism Office as well as through cultural events both domestically and abroad, until now PAD from the Religious Tourism sector does not exist because there is no legal umbrella that directly overshadows Religious Tourism. In the future, there needs to be an improvement in Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2005 concerning the Banten Provincial Tourism Development Master Plan because it has been in force for too long and must adjust to the needs of the current era. There needs to be a special regulation that overshadows all needs in the development of Religious Tourism in Banten Province. Baduy are indigenous people who still live in Indonesia. the arrangement of laws and regulations in Indonesia refers to the recognition and respect given by the state. This research will discuss how the legal system of the Baduy Tribe is. This research uses normative legal research with a statutory law approach and is also processed using a qualitative type of approach. The research concludes that the legal system in the Baduy Tribe which has been given recognition and respect given by the state in article 18B paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, is not sufficient to protect the rights of the Baduy customary law community plus Regional Regulation No. 32 of 2001 which discusses rights ulayat of the Baduy customary law community.

This research focuses on the latest trend in the tourism industry, namely cultural tourism. Toba traditional weaving on Sibandang island has value as a cultural heritage, so this research uses an approach to preserving and inheriting traditional weaving to empower the community economically. A qualitative method with a new ethnographic study approach is used in this study. The unit of analysis includes tourism potential in Sibandang Island, tourism trends, and tourism infrastructure in the Lake Toba region. This study aims to explore whether cultural tourism based on traditional weaving crafts has economic value for the community actors, considering the aspects of cultural preservation, economy, education, and community empowerment. In addition, the research also pays attention to the potential of weaving by mapping its distribution and connecting it with tourist objects that have been favored by the North Tapanuli Regional Government, to develop tourist clusters that are in line with market demand, while still paying attention to empowering local communities. Although weaving is believed to be able to increase Sibandang island tourism, there are still some obstacles that need to be overcome, such as promotion issues, strengthening weaving crafts, and public awareness of the importance of tourism. The root of the problem of these three obstacles is the lack of public attention to Ulos Sibandang weaving as a cultural artifact that has been passed down for centuries.

Tourism is one of the sectors that the government continues to develop to support the Indonesian economy. Policies in tourism development are regulated by the government through Law no. 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism. The development of tourism in Indonesia apart from government policies, is currently also supported by progress in the field of Information Technology (IT). This research was conducted based on the state of tourism in the natural bathing area of Cikoromoy, Pandeglang Regency, Banten. The issue of natural preservation encourages the author to examine the optimization of the tourism potential of the Cikoromoy natural baths. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with the process of observation, interviews and data collection. Administratively, the natural bathing tour of Cikoromoy, when viewed from the north, is bordered by Kadugadung Village, Cipeucang District. To the east it is bordered by Parumasan Village, Cipeucang District. To the south, it is adjacent to Banyumas Village, Bojong District. And the West side is adjacent to Kadu Dampit Village, Saketi District. The tourism potential of the Cikoromoy natural baths is quite promising if managed properly, by completing existing facilities around tourist attractions. Because for now there is still a lack of development of the Cikoromoy natural bathing attractions. The important value of regional tourism in supporting the preservation of customs, culture, environmental sustainability indicates that there is a need for division of bureaucratic roles between related sectors in developing regional tourism. Presumably the area of the Old Banten Sultanate is one of the historical icons of Banten Province which is believed to be able to contribute significantly to regional income, therefore it requires innovation. The success of increasing competitiveness and quality of tourist attraction objects still depends on the seriousness of the local government and is supported by high public awareness of the importance of the presence of tourist objects around it. Related to this, to develop the tourism potential of the Old Banten Sultanate, the role of local governments, institutions, the private sector and the local community is also needed to be responsible for developing and managing tourism potential in Banten through the creative economy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the consideration that this method presents directly the nature of the relationship between researchers and informants, so that it is expected to obtain a complete picture of the phenomenon to be studied, focusing on the description of bureaucratic synergy between government, creative economy actors, tourism actors, and community institutions in encouraging the acceleration of sustainable creative economic development for tourism in the Banten Lama sultanate area, Serang City.

Kanekes Village is a tourist destination in Lebak Regency. The Baduy tribe is the original resident of Kanekes Village, they have customary rules that reject the entry of modern culture into their culture. The cultural uniqueness of the Baduy people and their natural beauty are potential tourist attractions. Since being designated as a tourism destination, tourism in Kanekes Village has experienced developments starting from tourist attractions, tourism facilities, to giving rise to various manifestations of aspects of their lives. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and literature in collecting data. The theory used in this study is the tourism life cycle theory and the tourism beach theory. Tourism has developed into a global phenomenon, a basic need, and a part of human rights that must be respected and protected. Based on the results of research in Kanekes Village, it was found that there had been developments in tourism aspects such as tourist attractions and tourism supporting facilities. The development of tourism in Kanekes Village has both positive and negative implications for the Baduy community. The implications of tourism development can be found in socio-cultural, economic, and ecological aspects.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and assess the strategy for developing Gunung Pinang Natural Tourism whether it has been well developed or not. As well as identifying norms regarding security and safety standards for tourists visiting Mount Pinang tourist attractions. This research method uses empirical research methods, collecting quantitative data with the tourist object studied, namely Mount Pinang Nature Tourism in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The data we collected through interviews and field observations. Based on the results of the analysis described above, Gunung Pinang Nature Tourism is in a position of strength-opportunities (S-O), which has the power to take existing opportunities. According to Law No. 10 of 2009 Article 26 (d) Regarding Tourism which states that every tourism entrepreneur is obliged to provide comfort, friendliness, and protection for the security and safety of tourists. Gunung Pinang Nature Tourism is feasible to develop. The development strategy for the Mount Pinang Natural Tourism object is carried out through a SWOT analysis of the potential it has and by adding tourist vehicles and creating ecotourism programs. It is hoped that the tourism management will pay more attention to the security, comfort, and safety of visitors to avoid unwanted things.

The study aims to explore the role of the village government in managing natural tourism in Citorek Kidul Village, Lebak Regency, based on Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Tourism. The development of natural tourism in the Country Above the Clouds has both positive impacts and challenges for the local community. To enhance the management of this tourism site and attract more tourists, the involvement of the community and relevant stakeholders, particularly the government, is crucial. The research focuses on understanding the licensing procedure for managing natural tourism in the Country Above the Clouds, based on the regional regulation. The empirical juridical method with a descriptive analytical research specification is employed, using secondary data supplemented by primary data gathered through interviews with the Head of the Tourism Destination Division of Lebak Regency and the Head of Citorek Kidul Village. The study reveals that the village government's role in managing natural tourism is not yet optimal due to the insufficient fulfillment of the principles of independence and equality outlined in the regional regulation. Additionally, the licensing process is affected by inhibiting factors such as limited human resources with inadequate understanding of the OSS system, lack of facilities and infrastructure, and limited budget. On the other hand, driving factors include the tourism potential of the captivating cloud-covered mountains, community cooperation through organizations like "pokdarwis," and support and motivation from the village government.

This study aims to determine the government's role in religious tourism Batu Quran which is located in Desa Kadubumbang, Kecamatan Cimanuk, Kabupaten Pandeglang. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out technical field observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data selection, and data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the government promotes and facilitates religious tourism of the Batu Quran but does not provide grants and one of the people who is recognized as an heir certifies himself as the owner of the Batu Quran. However, the government still does not contribute enough in terms of infrastructure.
