Abstract

Tourists are people who travel, so water tourism in Sangiang Anyer Banten is a type of game for lovers of water sports or activities ranging from extreme games to water sports activities that are suitable for families legally protected. Legal protection for tourists includes rights and obligations as a result if there is a risk to tourists, then based on "good faith" to apply civil penalties to achieve binding conventions for all business activities. This study aims to determine the legal protection of tourists against water tourism by business managers in Sangiang Anyer, Banten. This action adjusts to the risk of tourists to water tourism in Anyer, Banten. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the legal protection for water sports tourists in Sangiang Anyer Banten, which aims to establish legal certainty is contained in a written agreement. The legal aspects of agreements for water tourism tourists are carried out using preventive legal measures, the rights and obligations of the parties must be understood and obeyed. conversely, efforts to repressive rules mean that the parties must carry out the agreement in good faith by the business manager. Civil penalties are applied to parties who are proven to have violated the agreed conventions. Implementing water tourism risks by business managers in Sangiang Anyer Banten.
