Analisis Potensi Penerapan Polisi Pariwisata di Daerah Anyer

Abstract

Banten, especially in the Anyer area and its surroundings, which is the center of tourism because of the many tourist attractions in it. The many tourist attractions in Anyer are the main attraction for domestic and foreign tourists who want to visit these tourist attractions. Given its important role as a tourist attraction, the safety factor needs to be given a reasonable portion in future tourism planning. Moreover, if we want to make the tourism sector the mainstay sector in earning foreign exchange, the impact of security on tourism is actually very clear, but many developing countries do not include it in their tourism development planning before the problems caused by the insecurity factor occur. To provide a sense of security in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism Article 20 Letter C which reads "Every tourist has the right to: legal protection and security" for tourists and also their management, it is necessary to form a tourism police in Anyer area tourist attractions.
