Analisis Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Banten Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 Terhadap Pengembangan Potensi Wisata Telaga Biru Cigaru Kabupaten Tangerang

Abstract

The Telaga Biru Cigaru is a tourist attraction that can provide benefits to many localresidents and become a leading tourism potential in Tangerang Regency.  Tourism activities can potentially support regional income and development.  With the Telaga Biru Cigaru tour, many people are helped by their economy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by factually describing a phenomenon that arises from social dynamics using a normative juridical approach. The main legal materials come from laws and regulations related to research. The results of the study showed that the Banten Province Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2019 was initially very helpful in the development of the The Telaga Biru Cigaru tourism but in the end due to a lack of optimal maintenance this tour began to be neglected again.  Therefore, the role of the community and government is very much needed to take care of the Telaga Biru Cigaru tourism again so that it can return to provide benefits for the surrounding community and the area.  Give the mind that the purpose of the Regional Regulation of Banten Province Number 6 of 2019 is the master plan for tourism development in Banten Province to realize people's welfare.
