Komunikasi Pemasaran Melalui Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Instagram Sebagai Media Informasi

Pulau Dua Nature Reserve and Sangiang Island Natural Park are islands that have a wealth of natural resources that are very beautiful. BKSDA Region 1 Serang disseminates information and activities on the island by utilizing Instagram @rkw2_serangjabar according to marketing communication purposes. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The informant shopping technique is using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in research are through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the use of Instagram was supported by information motives, social interaction motives, entertainment motives. The conclusion of this study is that information about Pulau Dua Nature Reserve and Sangiang Island TWA is spread through verbal cues, namely content made on Instagram @rkw2_serangjabar so that information exchange occurs. and build an interesting impression that can be accepted by the public or followers.
