Model Kebijakan Pengembangan Pariwisata Kawasan Objek Wisata Desa Sarwana Kecamatan Bayah Lebak

Abstract

This study focuses on research questions: What is the policy for developing (ecotourism-based) tourism objects in the Sarwana Village area, Bayah District? What is the role of government, business leaders and tourists in all of this? This study uses legal methods, including legal methods, to analyze primary documents, interviews, and questionnaires. This study also includes secondary data provided by primary laws such as the 1945 Constitution, statutes, and other research laws. The study revealed that the development of heritage tourism (ecotourism-based) in Sarwana Village, Bayah District was based on the Governance Law and Law no. 437/Kep.160-Huk/2018, Sarwana Village, Bayah District According to Article 73 (3) of Law No.11 of 2010, the Cultural Tourism Law, the use of this area must be stable and therefore zoning regulations must be used to achieve the purpose of shifting.
