The article discusses regional regulation policies for tourism development in Mount Karang, based on Pandeglang Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2014. Mount Karang is situated on the border between Serang Regency and Pandeglang Regency. Pandeglang Regency takes charge of tourism management and possesses the necessary human resources to oversee various tourist attractions like lembur kula, kampung domba, kampung kore, dan saung biru. These tourist attractions significantly contribute to the local economy, and regional regulatory policies have been implemented to attract both local and foreign tourists. The aim is to maximize the potential of Mount Karang and enhance its competitiveness among other tourist destinations. This development strategy seeks to advance the tourism sector in Pandeglang, preserve nature, and provide alternative means to improve the local community's economy. The research employs a normative juridical approach, focusing on the local laws and regulations outlined in Regulation Number 6 of 2014, which outlines the master plan for tourism development in Pandeglang district.
