Pengembangan Pariwisata Berbasis Budaya Berdasarkan UU No. 10 Tahun 2009 di Provinsi Banten

Abstract

Cultural tourism is tourism with the main attraction, namely culture. Cultural tourism needs to be preserved because it can become a place for future generations to get to know local traditions and culture amidst the rapid advancement of technology. The purpose of writing this research is to find out the efforts of the Banten Provincial government in developing culture-based tourism based on the provisions of Law no. 10 of 2009. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach. Research with this method has the aim of providing a detailed description of the problem to be studied by studying an individual, a group, or an event to the fullest. Based on studies conducted on research and related documents, the development of cultural tourism can be a potential for tourism because each region must have local cultural wisdom that is unique and unique to tourists. With efforts to develop culture-based tourism based on Law no. 10 of 2009, it is hoped that the province of Banten will experience an increase in tourist visits.
