Implementasi Pengelolaan Pariwisata di Kabupaten Pandeglang Berdasarkan Perda No 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Rencana Induk Pembangunan Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Pandeglang Tahun 2015-2025 (Studi Kasus Pada Objek Wisata Kampung Domba Kecamatan Pandeglang)

Abstract

This research is motivated by the optimization of the implementation of tourism management policies in Pandeglang district based on local regulation number 6 of 2014. This is due to the implementation of management carried out by the Pandeglang district government in one of the natural tourism objects located in Kampung Lamb. Based on this background, the researcher wanted to find out how the management of natural tourism destinations in Kampong Lamb is implemented. This study uses qualitative research, namely collecting data on an event naturally by interpreting phenomena that occur in society. This analytical approach uses a normative-empirical approach, namely direct research in the field by comparing regulations. using secondary legal materials and primary legal materials. secondary legal materials, namely laws and regulations, scientific papers and law books while primary legal materials are the results of observations and interviews in the field. Based on the results of the research it is known that the implementation of regional regulation number 6 of 2014 in Kampong Lamb implements local community-based tourism development or Community-Based Tourism, is a tourism development that involves direct contributions by local communities for community empowerment and improving the quality of life of the community.
