Retribusi Pengelolaan Parkir Pariwisata Di Kabupaten Serang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of parking fees at tourism sites in Serang Regency. Parking fees are one of the sources of Regional Original Income (PAD) which comes from the community. In this research, the issue raised is regarding tourism parking retribution rates in Serang Regency. The Regional Government is expected to pay serious attention to the management of tourism parking and ensure that the levy rates applied are not burdensome to tourists and transparency of information regarding parking tickets and entry to tourist attractions. The type of approach used is normative juridical. In this research, data was collected through literature studies related to primary and secondary legal materials. The collected data were then analyzed using qualitative normative analysis techniques.
